What carries your brand
Everything your customer sees and touches.
Your portal address
Customers sign in on your own simuwave.com subdomain or on your own domain, like phones.yourcompany.com.
Your logo and colors
The customer portal and its sign-in page carry your logo and your colors.
Your support email
When a customer needs help, the portal points them to you, not to us.
Your prices
You decide what a seat costs your customer. We bill you the published wholesale rates; the difference is yours.
Your customer relationship
The customer signs with you and calls you. We never contact your customers and are not on their invoice.
Your caller ID
Each customer calls out on their own phone numbers, not on a shared or generic number.
Who does what
You own the customer. We run everything that makes the phones work.

What each customer gets
A complete business phone system, separate from every other customer on the platform.
Their own phone system
Extensions, ring groups, voicemail and auto-attendants, built in a drag-and-drop call flow designer.
Their own numbers
New local numbers in every state, or their existing numbers ported in free.
911 per desk
An E911 address for each extension, so every location sends the right address. Test it any time by dialing 933.
What it costs
Published wholesale rates: $4 a seat, $1.50 a number, 1.9¢ a minute. No platform fee, no minimum and no contract. If it isn't on the rate card, it isn't a charge.
You charge your customer whatever you like, usually per seat per month. See the worked example in hosted PBX for MSPs.

Questions
What is white-label VoIP?
White-label VoIP is phone service you sell under your own brand. A platform provider runs the phone system, carrier connections, numbers and 911 routing; you put your name on it, set the price and own the customer.
What is a white-label PBX?
A hosted PBX (the phone system: extensions, call routing, voicemail, auto-attendants) that you resell as your own. On SimuWave every customer gets their own separate PBX on one multi-tenant platform, managed from your partner dashboard.
Will my customers ever see the SimuWave name?
No. They sign in on your subdomain or your own domain, with your logo, colors and support contacts, and they are billed by you.
How much does white-label VoIP cost?
On SimuWave: $4 a seat, $1.50 a number and 1.9¢ a minute, with no platform fee, no minimum and no contract. You set your own retail price.
Do I need my own servers or carrier contracts?
No. The platform, the carrier connections, the phone numbers and the 911 registration are ours. You work entirely in the dashboard.
Which desk phones work?
Grandstream and Yealink phones set themselves up zero-touch: plug one in and it pulls the right customer, lines and buttons. Other modern SIP desk phones can be provisioned too.
