SimuWave
Now accepting partner applications

Be a real phone company. Today.

A white-label VoIP platform built for indie computer techs and computer shops. Your brand, your pricing, your customer relationship. We run the platform — you keep the margin.

14-day free trial. We onboard 10 partners a month. Application takes 2 minutes.

This program is built for one specific kind of operator.

SimuWave's partner program is for independent computer techs and small computer shops with an existing SMB book of business who want to add phones to their lineup.

You're a fit if
  • You support 10+ active SMB customers today
  • Your customers are offices, retail, contractors, professional services
  • You want recurring revenue, not project work
  • You're willing to learn voice (we'll train you)
You're not a fit if
  • You're hoping to "have it ready in case a customer asks"
  • You only do residential break/fix
  • You don't have customers yet
What you get as a partner

Everything you need to launch.

Your brand, not ours.

Custom subdomain (yourname.simuwave.com) or point an A record at us — phone.yourcompany.com goes live the same day. Branded portal, white-label invoices. Your customers never see SimuWave.

You set the pricing.

We charge you wholesale. Your retail markup is 100% yours.

Direct engineer access.

When something breaks, you talk to the people who built it — not a tier-1 ticket queue.

A complete sales playbook.

Pitch deck, proposal templates, objection handling, pricing worksheets, plus ready-to-post social media graphics and copy to announce your new phone service to existing customers.

Why not just use SkySwitch or NetSapiens?

The big white-label platforms work — if you're already a phone company. For an indie tech adding voice as a new revenue line, they're overkill: long contracts, complex onboarding, carrier-controlled customer relationships, and you wait in a queue when something breaks.

SimuWave is built for indie techs and small computer shops: no minimums, no commits, your customer is your customer, and the engineering team answers the phone.

How it works

Five steps to recurring revenue.

  1. 01

    Apply.

    2-minute form below.

  2. 02

    Screening call.

20-minute conversation to see if we're a fit for each other.

  3. 03

    Start your 14-day free trial.

    Platform setup, training, playbook delivered.

  4. 04

Land your first customer in 14 days.

The free trial is your runway — by the time it converts to paid, you've already got a paying customer covering it.

  5. 05

    You're off.

    Recurring revenue from day one.

Less than what you bill for two service hours.

The Starter plan is $249/month. If you're billing $125/hour, that's two service calls. One paying customer covers it. Everything after that is margin.

Have you ever sold a recurring service?

Everything you wanted to ask.

Do I need to be a phone expert?

No. We train you. Many of our partners had zero voice experience before SimuWave.

Can I move my customers' existing phone numbers over?

Yes. We handle the port for you — most numbers move in 7-14 business days with no service interruption. Your customer keeps their number, you become their carrier of record.

Do I have to buy a bunch of phones?

No upfront inventory. We support most modern SIP phones — Yealink, Grandstream, Cisco. Order them as you sell them, plug each one in once to pick up the config from our provisioning URL, then deliver to your customer.

What does it cost to get started?

$249/month for the Starter plan. Extensions, DIDs, and usage are pay-as-you-go on top. No setup fees, no contracts.

How fast can I sell my first customer?

Our goal is to have you with a paying customer within your 14-day free trial — meaning your platform pays for itself the day it converts to paid.

What does a typical partner make per customer?

You set retail. A common shape is $30/extension/month. A 10-extension office is $300/month in recurring revenue. Ten of those is $3,000/month MRR — and your customer is your customer, not ours.

What about 911 and call reliability?

E911 is registered automatically when you provision a DID and tied to the address on file — your customers stay compliant without you thinking about it. Calls route through redundant carrier infrastructure, and when something does go wrong, escalation goes straight to the engineering team, not a tier-1 queue.

What if it doesn't work out?

Cancel anytime. No penalty.
