Multi-tenant PBX, hosted for you
One platform, every customer on their own phone system: their own extensions, numbers, call flows and 911 locations, under your brand. Add a customer in the dashboard instead of building another server.
$25 of free credit. No card, no platform fee, no contract.
How it’s organised
Three levels, each one seeing only what it should.
- Level 1
You, the partner
Every customer, number and bill in one dashboard, on your brand.
- Level 2
Each customer
Its own phone system: extensions, numbers, call flows, voicemail, 911 locations and its own admin login.
- Level 3
Each extension
A person or a desk, with up to three phones, voicemail and its own 911 location.
The multi-tenancy checklist
What “multi-tenant” should mean before you put customers on it, and how SimuWave handles each one.
Each customer has its own extension numbers
Two customers can both have extension 101. Extensions, ring groups and dial plans are scoped to the customer, so numbering never collides and one customer can never dial into another.
Each customer has its own phone numbers and caller ID
Numbers belong to one customer and route only inside it. Outbound caller ID comes from that customer’s own numbers.
911 knows where each phone is
E911 is set per extension, by location, so a company with two offices sends the right address for each desk. Customers can test it safely by dialing 933.
Each customer has its own call flows
Auto-attendants, business hours, ring groups and voicemail are built per customer in a drag-and-drop designer, with live calls shown moving through the flow.
Customers can log in to their own portal
A customer admin manages their own users, voicemail and settings, and sees only their own company. You keep the partner view across all of them.
It carries your brand, not ours
Your portal runs on your own simuwave.com subdomain or your own domain, with your logo, colors and support email. Your customers never see SimuWave.
You see every customer from one place
One partner dashboard lists every customer, their extensions, numbers and usage, so a change for one customer is a few clicks, not a server login.
Phones set themselves up
Grandstream phones provision zero-touch: plug one in and it pulls its config, lines and buttons for the right customer.

Questions
What is a multi-tenant PBX?
A multi-tenant PBX runs many separate phone systems, one per customer, on a single platform. Each customer gets its own extensions, numbers, call flows and voicemail, fully separated from the others, while the provider manages all of them from one place.
Can two customers both use extension 101?
Yes. Extensions are scoped to each customer, so every customer can have its own 101, 102 and so on without colliding.
Do my customers see the SimuWave name?
No. Your customers sign in on your subdomain or your own domain, with your logo, colors and support email.
How much does it cost?
$4 a seat, $1.50 a number and 1.9¢ a minute, with no platform fee, no minimum and no contract. You set your own price to your customers.
Do I have to run any servers?
No. The platform is hosted and managed for you. You build customers, numbers and call flows in the dashboard.
