For IT shops & independents
Sell business phone service under your own name.
The companies whose computers and networks you look after already pay someone for phones. Sell it to them yourself, at your price, on a platform that runs the phone system, the numbers and 911 behind you.
$25 of free credit. No card, no platform fee, no contract.

Who to sell to first
Customers you already support
They trust you, you know their office, and the phones can go in on a visit you were already making.
Offices that are moving or growing
A move or a new location is when a business is most open to changing its phone service.
Anyone unhappy with their phones
Long hold times with their provider, a confusing bill, or an old system nobody knows how to change.
How to price it
What a 10-seat office with 3 numbers and 250 minutes per person a month leaves you each month, at three common per-seat prices. Your costs are the published rates: $4 a seat, $1.50 a number, 1.9¢ a minute.
| Your price per seat | They pay you | Your cost | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|
| $25 | $250.00 | $92.00 | $158.00 (63%) |
| $30 | $300.00 | $92.00 | $208.00 (69%) |
| $35 | $350.00 | $92.00 | $258.00 (74%) |
Hardware, installation and support plans are yours to charge on top.
What customers ask, and what to say
“We already have a phone company.”
Most do. Ask what they pay per line and what happens when something breaks. You already answer their IT calls; phones become one less vendor for them.
“We want to keep our number.”
They can. Most US numbers port in, porting is free, and the old service keeps working until the move.
“Who do we call when it breaks?”
You, under your name. You call us when you need backup, and a real person answers.
“What about 911?”
Every extension gets its own E911 address, so each desk and location sends the right address. They can test it safely by dialing 933.
How billing works
You bill your customer at your price. We bill you the published rates. No platform fee, no minimum and no contract, so a slow month costs you only what you used.

Questions
Can I resell business phone service without being a phone company?
Yes. With a white-label platform, the platform carries the carrier relationships, phone numbers and 911 registration. You sell and support the service under your brand. Ask your accountant how telecom taxes and fees apply to what you bill in your state.
How should I price business phone service?
Per seat per month is the simplest for customers to understand. The table on this page shows what $25, $30 and $35 a seat leave you on a 10-seat office.
What does it cost me?
On SimuWave: $4 a seat, $1.50 a number and 1.9¢ a minute, with no platform fee, no minimum and no contract.
Who are the best first customers?
The businesses whose networks you already look after. They already trust you, you already know their office, and you can install the phones on a visit you were making anyway.
Do I need to buy phones up front?
No. You can use phones the customer already has if they are supported, or quote new ones as part of the job. Grandstream and Yealink phones set themselves up zero-touch.
