SimuWave

For MSPs & IT shops

A hosted PBX you can sell as your own.

Add phones to the services you already manage. Every client gets their own phone system, you run all of them from one dashboard under your brand, and we run the servers, carriers, numbers and 911 behind you.

$25 of free credit. No card, no platform fee, no contract.

Every customer listed in one partner dashboard
Every customer listed in one partner dashboard. A call flow built by connecting boxes: number, extension, voicemail.

Run phones like the rest of your stack

What managing phone systems for many clients looks like on one platform.

Every client in one dashboard

Each client, their extensions, numbers and usage on one partner screen. A change for one client is a few clicks, not a server login.

Clients separated by design

Two clients can both have extension 101. Numbers, call flows and voicemail belong to one client and never cross over.

Phones that set themselves up

Grandstream and Yealink desk phones provision zero-touch for the right client: plug one in and it pulls its lines and buttons.

Call flows you can see

Business hours, auto-attendants and ring groups in a drag-and-drop designer, with live calls shown moving through the flow.

911 handled per desk

An E911 address per extension, outbound calls blocked on an extension without one, and a safe test by dialing 933.

Client self-service

Each client can have an admin login to their own portal for users and voicemail, so small changes don’t become tickets.

What one 10-seat client is worth

A 10-seat office with 3 phone numbers and 250 minutes per person a month, billed at $30 a seat. Your price is up to you; the costs are the published rates.

They pay you (10 × $30)$300.00
Seats (10 × $4)−$40.00
Numbers (3 × $1.50)−$4.50
Minutes (2,500 × 1.9¢)−$47.50
You keep, every month$208.00 (69%)

That is $2,496 a year from one small client, before hardware or install fees you charge separately.

Questions

What is a hosted PBX for MSPs?

A business phone system that runs in the cloud and is built for a managed service provider to resell. The MSP sells it under its own brand, manages every client from one place, and the platform provider runs the servers, carriers and numbers.

Why would an MSP sell phones?

Your clients already buy phone service from someone else. Adding it puts another monthly line on an invoice you already send, from a provider they already trust, and keeps a competitor out of the account.

How much does a hosted PBX cost an MSP?

On SimuWave: $4 a seat, $1.50 a number and 1.9¢ a minute, with no platform fee, no minimum and no contract. You set the price your clients pay.

Do I need a telecom engineer on staff?

No. If your team can set up a network and a desk phone, they can run this. Call flows are built visually, phones provision themselves, and you can call us when you need a hand.

Can my clients keep their phone numbers?

Yes. Most US numbers can be ported in, and porting is free in any volume. Their old service keeps working until the move.

Can I start small?

Yes. There is no minimum and no contract. Build your own office first on the $25 of free credit, then add your first client.
